"We used Brian and Grow Local Realty to both buy and sell our house. He was a wonderful agent and was helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. In the beginning he walked us through the process and paperwork to make sure everything was clear. During the process he provided, suggestions, referrals, and was personally available. Approaching closing he made things easy for us and secured temporary housing for us as well. He made the process painless and easy. I would highly recommend him."

"We first came into contact with Bonnie Onofrio with the Brian Hargrove Team when we were looking for a house somewhere in the Raleigh area on the Internet.Bonnie was very attentive to our needs as we looked for homes with particular features. We are happy to say that she sent us information on houses that fit our criteria and were within our price range. We were very impressed with that. When we were finally ready to visit Raleigh with a list of houses to see, we finally met Bonnie in person. She was very enjoyable to work with and very knowledgeable of the area. We looked at all the homes with her and then a few more that she suggested we see. We purchased one of the newly-suggested homes that Bonnie found for us. "My father-in-law at the age of 68 has purchased his first home with the assistance of Bonnie Onofrio with the Brian Hargrove Team. Bonnie is a tremendous Broker/Realtor but beyond this title, she is professional, always a phone call or email away and very passionate about her clients. Bonnie has been apart of my father-in-law dealings from start to finish whether it is with the seller agent, attorney and/or appraiser. "Bonnie Onofrio was on the ball from the first day we visited homes together, all the way through closing. She supported me, gave me great advice when making my offer, and broke down in clear terms what to watch for in a home, especially things you might miss. She was on point with handling every document and home check, and the whole purchase went as smooth as I could imagine. If I had any concerns, I knew I could call her and get them ironed out completely.

I would have been lost without her guidance every step of the way. If you want an agent that knows her stuff backwards and forwards, and looks out for your best interests, she's the one to call. I'll recommend her to everyone I can."

"Goretti is an extreme asset to the Brian Hargrove team. She did everything she could with my home to sell it, going as far as painting the downstairs and staging the house. She negotiated with the buyer until a fair price was reached. There were some obstacles to sell my house, mainly that it was a 2 bedroom home and needed just the right buyer. The buyer was ecstatic about the house and a perfect fit for her needs. Just needed to get the right person in during numerous open houses and internet advertising. As far as purchasing my "dream" home, Goretti was very patient with me during the decision making and showed me numerous homes. She negotiated a price which allowed for equity to b available on my new purchase. I could not be more satisfied with her help during both deals. I have made a new friend in Goretti. She is honest and definitely acts in the best interest of her clients. I have recommended her to everyone I know that is looking to sell or buy a new home. Thank you, Goretti. Job well done!"
